Partner, Richard P. Diegnan, Jr. leads DIEGNAN & BROPHY, LLC’s, Corporate Law Practice Group.  D & B’s Corporate Group provides legal advice to help companies launch, grow and succeed.  We represent companies at each and every stage of its growth from start-up to sale.  We do this through comprehensive discussions with our clients in order to determine the legal entity type that best suits their business, setting up and recording the corporate/company documents with the State, and reviewing and drafting any necessary contracts.
